That’s the question Inspira’s leadership team wanted to answer when they engaged one of our Flex Execs in 2021.
The experiential marketing agency had gone through several years of rapid change. Some account teams were soaring, but others were not. They needed a true agency expert who could evaluate the teams and company structure, pinpoint areas of improvement, and then implement those changes.
But the work didn’t end there. The interim CMO also helped refresh the agency’s product offering and led the development of new brand positioning to better align with the agency’s target clients.
