This is a full-time, remote position. This position can work from anywhere within the United States and will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Compensation: Base salary range of $110,000 – $125,000 plus bonus opportunity (based on company & individual performance)*

Job Description:
The Revenue Operations Lead is a strategic partner who acts as a strategist, data analyst, and project manager. You are responsible for the processes, reporting, tools, and technologies that support the full revenue cycle, enabling teams to deliver predictable revenue and efficiently and effectively acquire customers and maintain their loyalty. These tools are often collectively referred to as Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
As a Revenue Operations Lead, your duties will include providing data-driven insights and guidance around industry, competitive and business trends, developing resources and tracking long-term sales data at the company and account levels and partnering with the CRO on sales strategy. You are a hands-on individual contributor who will bring direct operational improvements.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the CRO and executive leadership team to develop tools/reports/analyses to support revenue growth strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to all cross functional teams, and leadership while tracking revenue performance, analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
- Drive efficiency through automation and technology. Evaluate and implement tools and systems that streamline processes, reduce manual work and enhance productivity. Partner closely with the Product Technology team in the above.
- Lead revenue cycle data strategy and needs, from opportunity through realization, while ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and available. Work quickly to resolve data discrepancies or issues as they arise and hold teammates accountable for data integrity and accuracy.
- Lead operational processes of the sales organization, such as quota management, account mapping, reporting, and dashboard development, data checks & on-going maintenance.
- Provide robust revenue reporting for weekly revenue meetings, monthly operations reports, board reports, forecasting, annual budgeting, quarterly commissions, etc.
- Assist CRO in planning for weekly revenue meetings, All Hands, monthly operations meetings and quarterly board meetings.
- Support planning processes through reporting, data-driven recommendations and insights (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting).
- Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance and Product/Tech) to streamline process and achieve objectives.
- Optimize lead qualification and scoring.
- Leads onboarding of new client services team members.
- Manage relationships and budgets with CRM vendors and consultants.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role.
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions, analyze complex data sets and effectively solve problems
- You possess a combination of hands-on system ownership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of revenue operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Experience in communicating and presenting effectively to Senior Executives.
- Proficient in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, data analytics software and other relevant tools.
- Strong excel and powerpoint skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Obsessed with detail and accuracy.
