Our story
We Are Rosie was founded in 2018 by Stephanie Nadi Olson, who stepped away from a successful career as an advertising executive to trailblaze a new, more human-centric way of working for the marketing and advertising industry.
Inspired by her deep understanding of industry practices and her lived experience as the daughter of a refugee, Stephanie built We Are Rosie to connect brands with the marketing talent they need, while providing all marketers with access to opportunity—especially those who’ve been marginalized by the way work happens.
From our start as a team of three based in Atlanta, We Are Rosie has cultivated a community of 30k+ marketers spread across the globe that brings inclusion, agility, and innovation to the world’s biggest brands.
