Job Description
We Are Rosie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join us in supporting a groundbreaking new venture, our new Marketing and Creative Agency, Run By Rosie. The Program Manager will have a unique opportunity and play a pivotal role in this transformative service offering while delivering value to our clients and Rosies in this innovative, flexible model.
In this role, you will help oversee the end-to-end delivery of project-based creative and marketing engagements for our clients, ensuring the successful management and satisfaction of both clients and our Consultants (Rosies). You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management for assigned lines of business, from project onboarding to project performance tracking.
This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines. Prior experience in project and program management is required.
Role Details
- Remote
- Full-time (30-40 hours/week)
- Eastern or Central working hours preferred (client is primarily based on the East Coast and will require EST availability)
- Rate: $50-$60 per hour
Responsibilities
- Lead all program management activities and engagements, modeling best practices across a range of clients and Rosies.
- Manage multiple client engagements and Rosies simultaneously, ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to completion.
- Oversee project preparation and setup, including project-specific tools, communication channels, scheduling and facilitating kickoff and ongoing meetings with clients and Rosies according to scoped cadence.
- Ensure the successful onboarding, deployment, and management of Rosies, addressing any performance or engagement issues as they arise.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly project and client status, resource utilization, financials, team performance, on-time delivery metrics.
- Proactively manage relationships with Rosies, implementing a structured engagement plant to foster success.
- Foster strong, mutually rewarding partnerships between assigned lines of business and We Are Rosie.
- Effortlessly scope projects in partnership with the Client Experience team ensuring realistic timelines, deliverables and budgets.
- Collect and document feedback on Rosies’ project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and escalating performance issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Creative Project & Program Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of project and program management principles and methodologies. Proven ability to successfully manage internal strategic and client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed leadership and client expectations. PMI (PMP and CAPM) or project management certifications are a plus.
- Organizational & Operational Excellence: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities. Proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast paced environment.
- People Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 4 years of experience managing teams directly or indirectly. The candidate should be a team player with a collaborative attitude, able to work effectively within cross-functional teams, and build positive relationships. Experience with talent/resource allocation and management.
- Communication & Strategic Thinking: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of enhancing the client and team experience. Note our consultant community members (Rosies) are our clients as well.
- Industry Knowledge & Business Acumen: Knowledge of marketing, advertising and agency industry trends and best practices. Strong business acumen and an understanding of how program management impacts financial and operational performance.

Requirements
- 4 -7 years of project/program management experience in a creative agency or in-house agency.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
- Ability to manage program timelines, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Track record of ensuring quality execution while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Experience forecasting and managing project budgets.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate recommendations and supporting rationale effectively.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders from junior contributors to C-suite decision-makers.
- Ability to remain flexible and act as a steadying presence in high-pressure situations.
