Creative Program Manager, Agency Services

We’re looking for a Creative Program Manager! This is a contract position, working 30-40 hours with the possibility of converting to a permanent full-time employee. This position will report directly to the Head of Agency Services. This is a remote role, working in the United states, preferably EST or CST hours.

Hourly Rate: $60/hour

Job Description

We Are Rosie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Program Manager to join us in supporting a groundbreaking new venture – our new Marketing and Creative Agency, Run By Rosie.  The Creative Program Manager will have a unique opportunity and play a pivotal role in this transformative service offering while delivering value to our clients in this innovative, flexible model.

In this role, you will help oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative project-based marketing engagements for our clients, ensuring the successful management and satisfaction of both clients and Rosies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client relationship management for assigned lines of business, from talent strategy development to results reporting. Builds strong, sustainable client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and mutual commitment to partnering with We Are Rosie.

This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work toward tight deadlines. Previous experience in project/program management is highly desired.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all account management activity and engagement, modeling best practices across a range of clients and Rosies
  • Manage multiple client engagements and Rosies simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitate interviews, ensuring project teams are curated according to client needs
  • Oversee Project preparation, including but not limited to, the setup of project-specific tools and platform, communication channels, scheduling and facilitating kickoff and ongoing meetings with both the clients and consultants (Rosies) according to scoped cadence, etc.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding, deployment, and ongoing management of Rosies, addressing any performance or engagement issues as they arise.
  • Track, analyze and report weekly project and client status, resource utilization, financials, burn rates against POs, team performance, on-time delivery, etc. to the Head of Agency Services.
  • QBR Preparation in collaboration with the MMS team.
  • Actively manage relationships with Rosie’s placed on projects according to a realistic engagement plan.
  • Realize revenue within active accounts.
    • Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing accounts through identification of new/extended marketing project and/or strategy needs, data storytelling, and providing actionable insights to the Head of Agency Services and the Client Team to share with clients.
  • Foster strong, mutually rewarding partnerships between assigned lines of business and We Are Rosie
  • Leverage performance data and resulting insights to proactively identify opportunities and develop strategies that enable growth objectives on behalf of the business
  • Educate clients on the capabilities and service offerings We Are Rosie provides, building confidence in the team’s ability to partner effectively in support of the business
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end process of brief in-take and knowledge transfer to the Rosie project team, build/matchmaking, effortlessly blending talent and work delivery
  • Effortlessly scope projects in partnership with the Run by Rosie team
  • Collect and document feedback on Rosies’ project performance and identify opportunities for improvement; escalate performance issues that affect the quality, effectiveness, or timeliness of project deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
  • Creative Project & Program Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of project and program management principles and methodologies. Proven ability to contribute to the successful execution of internal strategic and client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery of creative projects and exceeding leadership and client expectations. PMI (PMP and CAPM) or project management certifications are a plus.
  • Organizational  & Operational Excellence: Strong organization and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks, projects and client priorities. Proficiency in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within a fast-paced environment while finding opportunities to increase operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
  • People Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams. The candidate should be a team player with a collaborative attitude, able to work effectively within cross-functional teams, and build positive relationships.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships. This includes connecting clients with talent, providing oversight for delivery, and consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a track record of enhancing the client experience. Note our consultant community members (Rosies) are our clients as well.
  • Collaborative Approach: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders. This involves clear articulation of We Are Rosie’s evolving model, value proposition, and processes to cross-departmental leaders to identify how their support helps MMS clients achieve their goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of marketing/advertising/agency industry trends and best practices, including staffing and account/client management. A keen understanding of the industry landscape will be crucial for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of account management experience in a creative agency or in-house agency.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building mutually rewarding client relationships.
  • Experience forecasting as well as overseeing project and/or cost center budgets.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively express business recommendations and supporting rationale.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders from junior contributors to C-suite decision makers.
  • Strong problem solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to act as the calm within the storm.
